Complaints Forms
There are two types of complaints that can be raised on this page – complaints about a retailer or service provider (also known as Fair4All Card Partners), or complaints about someone who has a card.
Your complaint will remain anonymous throughout the process, however BuDS does need some contact details from you so that we can contact you if it is needed for escalating your complaint.
If you have feedback, positive or negative, about the Fair4All Card Scheme itself, please refer to the feedback tab, and BuDS will gladly take any comments you have.

Before you raise a complaint about Fair4All Card Partners, we ask that you check that they are a named Partner by checking the Current Partners page.
Unfortunately, if they are not a Partner, we may not be able to escalate your complaint. However, please let us know about the situation via the Feedback page, and we may be able to take action.

What Happens Next?
Your complaint will be reviewed and BuDS will contact the other parties involved and work to resolve the issue. We will let you know what happens.
