It’s a great idea – however I have mobility issues and there isn’t anything on the card for mobility and this is a huge issue in some stores. For example Tesco wouldn’t let me use a mobility trolley as I didn’t look disabled. Also very few companies have signed up for it which is a real shame hopefully over time more will sign up for it.– Felix, 5th August 2021
When this feedback came in, we reviewed the adjustments we had on offer and expanded the range of statements. As more people ask for new things, we review each one, and we often add them to the list of statements on offer.
I haven’t been able to get into the shops yet but my children’s school were happy to recognise it. 5 stars.– Mike, 9th October 2021
We were delighted to hear that our applicants have had luck using their Card outside of our Partners, and this is what made us realise that our scheme could be used anywhere, and not just in the shops we are in contact with.
Great idea. My shoulder was on the verge of dislocating in a shop and I asked the person in front of me if I could go in front as I was in agony. I showed him the Fair4All Card and he let me.– Leslie, 13th December 2021
