If you’ve got any comments on the service you have received from a Fair4All scheme member, please let us know. We rely on your feedback to police the scheme – if you don’t tell us, we won’t know! We’d like comments about good service as well as bad, please.

Let us know by filling in the form and e-mailing it back to info@fair4all.org.uk, or by posting it to Fair4All Feedback, BuDS, The Clare Charity Centre, Wycombe Road, Saunderton, HP14 4BF.

You can be sure that we will never ignore what you say. We may get in touch with you to talk about your comments. Even if we don’t, all complaints about poor service will be investigated and action taken – this may include more training, a warning notice or the suspension of Fair4All membership. Equally, we may contact a taxi or minicab operator to say that people are praising their service.

We may also post your comments anonymously on this website to help inform other users. Please be assured that your name and other personal details will never be disclosed outside BuDS unless you specifically agree to this.
